Role Overview
As a K‑12 EdTech Customer Success Manager at brighthush, you will be the primary advocate for our school and district partners after the sale. You’ll own the end‑to‑end customer journey—from onboarding and training to ongoing engagement, renewal, and upsell opportunities. This role is a hybrid of relationship management, product expertise, and strategic consulting, all aimed at ensuring our clients extract maximum value from our AI‑powered assessment tools and adaptive learning platforms.
We’re offering two contract openings—one full‑time (40 hrs/week) and one part‑time (20 hrs/week)—with the potential to transition to a full‑time, W‑2 position. Both roles are remote, but candidates must reside in Florida, with a preference for those within driving distance of Orlando, FL. The contract rate is $32 per hour, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement & Growth: Build and nurture daily relationships with schools and districts via phone, email, chat, and Zoom. Monitor product usage, identify opportunities for expansion, and proactively drive renewals and related product sales.

Deliver engaging, on‑demand training sessions and create instructional content (e.g., videos, whitepapers) for teachers and administrators. - Problem Solving & Support: Diagnose customer challenges, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to test enhancements. Implement scalable solutions that improve the overall customer experience.
- Process Improvement: Design, execute, and iterate on engagement campaigns, talk tracks, and best‑practice playbooks. Continuously refine processes to elevate customer satisfaction and retention.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Serve as the trusted liaison between external clients and internal teams—Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing—ensuring clear communication and alignment on customer priorities.
- Data‑Driven Insight: Leverage usage analytics to identify trends, forecast renewal risks, and recommend proactive actions. Present findings to stakeholders and influence product roadmap decisions.
