This isn’t a typical call‑center job; it’s an opportunity to make a tangible difference in people’s lives by providing clear, compassionate, and accurate information. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, confirm application details, and ensure every member finishes the conversation feeling confident and informed. If you thrive on empathy, precision, and the satisfaction of helping others, this position is a perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls lasting 15–30 minutes, delivering a productive and positive experience each time.
- Guide members through the Medicare and supplemental insurance application process, confirming details and clarifying any uncertainties.
- Communicate clearly, calmly, and compassionately—especially with older adults who may feel anxious or confused about their options.
- Follow required scripts and compliance guidelines while maintaining a natural, conversational tone.
- Safeguard sensitive Personal Health Information (PHI) at all times in accordance with HIPAA and brighthush policies.
- Take ownership of each interaction, ensuring members fully understand next steps and feel supported throughout the process.

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes, scripts, and technologies.
- Integrity and respect for confidentiality, especially regarding PHI.
- Empathy, patience, and professionalism throughout long or consecutive calls.
- Basic math skills for quick calculations and data entry.
