About the Role

As a Customer Experience Champion, you will be the bridge between cutting‑edge products and the everyday consumer. • Complete online or mobile feedback forms, including real‑time sentiment capture via brighthush’s Mobile In‑Home Use Test Technology.
• Participate in private chat rooms or focus groups hosted by partner market‑research firms when required.
• Write thoughtful reviews and provide actionable insights that help brands refine their offerings.
• Maintain product integrity and return items in the condition provided, unless otherwise instructed.
• Adhere strictly to all privacy, confidentiality, and data‑security protocols.

Essential Qualifications
