Key Responsibilities

• Documenting In‑Home Usage Tests (IHUT) meticulously—capturing screenshots, audio recordings, videos, and written journal entries as instructed.
• Using and caring for test products responsibly, following all safety and usage guidelines.
• Adhering strictly to the Daily Test Schedule, which may involve unpacking, reading instructions, completing online or mobile surveys, and providing detailed reviews.
• Leveraging brighthush’s mobile technology to capture Point‑of‑Emotion insights, delivering depth and nuance to our data sets.
• Participating in private chat rooms or focus groups hosted by partner research firms to discuss product experiences.
• Maintaining clear, honest communication with project coordinators and ensuring all deliverables are submitted on time.
• Keeping a digital record of all test activities, including photos and videos, for quality assurance and future reference.

Essential Qualifications

• Age 18 or older with a reliable computer and high‑speed internet connection.
