Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality cleaning services to clients’ homes, adhering to brighthush standards and client preferences.
• Drive to various brighthush locations from home, ensuring punctuality and safe travel.
• Engage with clients during cleaning sessions, offering exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Complete the comprehensive two‑week training program and demonstrate competency before beginning client assignments.
• Manage time effectively to complete scheduled cleanings within allotted windows, ensuring no overlap or delays.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor while working independently or in pairs for larger jobs.
• Follow safety protocols, including proper handling of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Document service details accurately, including any client requests or special instructions.

Essential Qualifications
