About the Role

As a Seasoned Remote Customer Service & In‑Home Product Testing Analyst, you will serve as the critical link between consumers and brands. Your responsibilities will blend customer service excellence with rigorous product testing, ensuring that every product reaches its full potential through meticulous evaluation and candid feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret the In‑Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each product assignment, confirming all tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Unbox, read instructions, and set up the product in a safe, responsible manner, following brand guidelines and safety protocols.
• Document every step of the testing process using screenshots, audio recordings, video clips, and written journal entries, maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy.
• Capture Point‑of‑Emotion® insights via brighthush’s Mobile In‑Home Use Test Technology, providing nuanced, real‑time feedback that captures the user experience.
• Participate in private chat rooms or focus groups hosted by partner market research firms, sharing observations and answering targeted questions.
• Submit written reviews, photo evidence, and any required online or mobile feedback within the specified timeframes.
• Maintain open, professional communication with the brighthush project team, promptly addressing any questions or concerns.
• Adhere to confidentiality agreements and data protection policies, ensuring all proprietary information remains secure.
• Continuously improve your testing skills by reviewing best‑practice guides, attending virtual training sessions, and seeking feedback from peers.
• Act as a brand ambassador by representing the company’s values and standards in all interactions with participants and partners.

Essential Qualifications
