Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative & In‑Home Product Testing Specialist, you’ll play a multifaceted role that blends customer support, data collection, and project coordination. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:

• Execute In‑Home Usage Tests (IHUT) – Follow the detailed Daily Test Schedule for each project, which may include unpacking, reading instructions, product usage, journal entries, audio/video recordings, and online feedback submissions.
• Document and Report Findings – Capture screenshots, take photos, record audio or video, and write concise, insightful reviews that reflect the participant’s experience.
• Maintain Product Integrity – Handle each product with care, ensuring it remains in pristine condition for future testing or return.
• Leverage brighthush Mobile Technology – Utilize our proprietary mobile platform to record point‑of‑emotion insights, enabling deeper understanding of user reactions.
