Role Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our Utah and Idaho teams. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients’ warm leads, guiding prospects through the sales funnel with confidence and professionalism. You’ll work in a fast‑paced environment, handling inbound and outbound calls that last 2–4 minutes, and applying proven sales tactics to keep conversations engaging and productive.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect Engagement: Act as the frontline ambassador for our clients, asking insightful qualifying questions to understand each prospect’s needs and match them with the most suitable product or service.
• High‑Volume Call Management: Execute a high volume of calls during scheduled shifts, ensuring each conversation is concise, courteous, and goal‑oriented.
• Advanced Sales Techniques: Employ rebuttal, objection handling, and value proposition framing to keep prospects on the line and move them toward a purchase decision.
• Industry Expertise: Receive in‑depth training on high‑demand industries—including Debt Consolidation, Mortgage, Solar, Healthcare, Insurance, and Technology—and become a subject‑matter expert capable of articulating the benefits of each solution.
• CRM Mastery: Maintain accurate call logs and update customer information in our CRM system in real time, ensuring data integrity and enabling seamless handoffs.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Work closely with account managers and sales leaders to refine scripts, share insights, and improve conversion rates.
• Performance Accountability: Participate in weekly performance reviews, set personal goals, and celebrate wins with the team.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completed background check.
• Availability to work a minimum of 22 hours per week (up to 40 hours) within the 8 AM–6 PM MST window.
• Minimum 4‑hour shift commitment, with the ability to work five days a week.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Reliable internet connection, headset, and a quiet workspace.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits
