Key Responsibilities

• Accurate Data Entry: Input survey responses, product test results, and other research data into our secure, cloud‑based platforms with a high level of precision.
• Email Management: Respond to participant inquiries, confirm survey participation, and provide timely updates on study progress.
• Quality Assurance: Review data for completeness, flag inconsistencies, and collaborate with the QA team to ensure data integrity.
• Product Testing: Occasionally receive prototypes or samples for evaluation, complete detailed feedback forms, and submit findings to the research team.
• Reporting: Generate weekly summaries of completed tasks, highlight any issues, and suggest process improvements.

Essential Qualifications
