Key Responsibilities – Your Day‑to‑Day Impact

In this role, you’ll be the linchpin between our customers and the internal teams that bring their visions to life. Your daily tasks will include:

• Enter, review, and maintain customer orders, RFQs, and related data into brighthush’s ERP system (JDE).
• Verify order accuracy—pricing, quantities, product codes, specifications, shipping instructions, and payment terms—to prevent errors and delays.
• Generate pro‑forma invoices, order confirmations, and other documentation required by sales and finance.
• Maintain data integrity by reconciling discrepancies, updating records, and ensuring compliance with brighthush standards.
• Investigate and resolve order or data issues, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Accounting, Operations, and Logistics to streamline order processing and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify process improvement opportunities—suggest automation, template updates, or workflow changes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Adhere to brighthush policies on confidentiality, data security, and record‑keeping.
• Participate in special projects and ad‑hoc assignments as directed by leadership.

Essential Qualifications – What We Expect

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in order entry, data entry, customer service, sales support, or a related administrative role.
• Proficiency with ERP systems—JDE or comparable platforms is essential.

• Exceptional data entry speed and accuracy, with a proven track record of maintaining high quality under tight deadlines.
