Role Overview

As a Remote Product Support Specialist, you will be the frontline observer in our In‑Home Usage Testing (IHUT) program. Your insights will directly influence product design, user experience, and brand strategy. Key Responsibilities

Your day‑to‑day tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Product Documentation: Capture screenshots, audio recordings, video clips, and detailed journal entries as instructed in the daily test schedule.
• Product Care: Handle each item with care, ensuring it remains in pristine condition throughout the testing period.
• Adherence to the In‑Home Usage Test Daily Schedule: Unpack, read instructions, complete online or mobile feedback, and write reviews.
• Mobile Technology Utilization: Use brighthush’s Mobile In‑Home Use Test Technology to record point‑of‑emotion insights, providing depth and nuance to brand feedback.
• Community Engagement: Participate in private chat rooms or focus groups hosted by partner market‑research firms, sharing candid observations and suggestions.
