Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Principal Consultant to spearhead our Advanced Customer Support & Managed Services practice. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior customer leaders, guiding them through complex business challenges and helping them maximize the value of the brighthush ERP platform. You will design and lead sophisticated solutions that blend configuration, integration, and custom development, leveraging AI capabilities and proven consulting methodologies to deliver measurable business outcomes.

As a remote professional, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Technical Services, Support, POS, eCommerce, and Platform Technical Services—to create integrated, end‑to‑end solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients across consumer goods, industrial & equipment, food & beverage, and life sciences sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Opportunity Identification & Prioritization: Apply the SuiteReview methodology to assess customer environments, uncover gaps, and prioritize initiatives that deliver maximum value. Develop strategic recommendations and roadmaps that align with business objectives.
• Trusted Advisor to Customer Leadership: Build strong relationships with C‑suite executives, providing strategic guidance on technology, process, and organizational change. Influence key decisions and champion best practices.
• Solution Architecture: Design comprehensive solutions that address complex business requirements. This may involve configuration, integration, and technical components, in partnership with our dedicated Technical Services team.
• Product Expertise & Certification: Maintain deep knowledge of the brighthush ERP platform and pursue relevant certifications to stay at the forefront of industry trends.
• AI Integration: Incorporate AI‑driven tools and methodologies into customer engagements, leveraging brighthush AI capabilities to drive business value and operational efficiency.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization—Technical Services, Support, POS, eCommerce, and Platform Technical Services—to deliver cohesive, integrated solutions.
• Customer Success & Delivery Excellence: Execute ACS methodologies, operational processes, and delivery standards consistently to ensure customer satisfaction and long‑term success.
• Travel: Minimal travel required; primarily remote engagement with occasional on‑site visits as needed.

Essential Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant domain experience in one or more of brighthush’s core industry markets, including Supply Chain Management, Operations, Manufacturing, Warehouse Distribution, Food & Beverage, Retail, MedTech, R&D/CROs, and Pharmaceuticals/BioTech.
• Deep expertise in brighthush ERP modules such as Financials, CRM, Inventory Management, Order Management, eCommerce, WIP/Routing, Demand Planning, and Warehouse & Fulfillment.
• Proven track record in business process consulting—analyzing, optimizing, and recommending improvements that enhance organizational performance.
• 5+ years of external consulting experience with sustained C‑suite interactions.
• Experience defining requirements for complex customizations and integrations, and leading custom development analysis, design, and testing.
• Strong communication skills—able to articulate complex concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences alike.
• Demonstrated project and/or team leadership experience, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams across functional, process, organizational change, and technical domains.
• Ability to synthesize information into a coherent story, strategic vision, and actionable execution roadmap.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry expertise in Consumer Goods, Industrial & Equipment, Food & Beverage, or Life Sciences.
• Finance and/or Accounting professional or academic background.
• Relevant product certifications (e.g., brighthush ERP, AI, or cloud platform certifications).
• Experience with AI integration and advanced analytics within enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements specific to life sciences and pharmaceuticals.
