- Professional Service Presentation: Articulate brighthush’s emergency medicine expert witness services with clarity, confidence, and professionalism.
- Needs Assessment: Confirm each firm’s practice area, identify pending cases that may benefit from an emergency medicine expert witness, and gauge interest levels.
- Documentation & Tracking: Log every call in a Google Sheets tracker, capturing firm name, contact details, practice focus, relevant pending cases, call outcome, and whether the physician’s CV and rate sheet were sent.
- Follow‑Up Management: Promptly respond to interested contacts, send requested materials, and schedule re‑contact as needed.
- Reporting & Analysis: Compile and present findings after each batch of calls, highlighting response patterns, objections, and conversion rates to inform future outreach strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Work with the brighthush team to refine scripts, objection handling, and outreach tactics based on real‑world feedback.
Initial Project Scope
