Secret Clearance Middleware Engineer

Supporting a critical Government Identity, Credential, and Access Management initiative, the full-time remote Secret Clearance Middleware Engineer will design, develop, and deploy custom middleware solutions and integration tools to enable legacy applications to integrate with modern identity systems. Key responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy custom middleware solutions and integration components to facilitate legacy application authentication through the ICAM technical stack Engineer custom connectors and APIs that connect non-standard applications to identity platforms like Okta and SailPoint, while analyzing integration requirements Collaborate with migration engineers and application owners to assess integration needs and deliver production-ready middleware capabilities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of software or systems engineering experience, with at least 3 years in middleware development or enterprise application integration Experience designing and developing custom integration solutions, including REST APIs and SOAP web services Active Secret clearance with the ability to meet DoD cybersecurity training requirements Demonstrated experience integrating applications with enterprise identity platforms using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, or SCIM Experience: 5 years required
