- Experience in leading team(s) of architects and/or developers – 8+ years
- Strong customer communication skills, both oral and written – 8+ years
- Experience developing security architecture for applications running in the Cloud – 5+ years
- Experience developing security architecture for applications running in containers – 5+ years
- Experience developing security solutions for AWS GovCloud – 4+ years
- Experience with microservices security – 4+ years
- Experience with architecting Spring Boot applications – 4+ years
- Experience enhancing Portal architectures – 4+ years
- Experience in developing DevSecOps solutions on complex projects – 4+ years
- Experience with the Linux platform – 4+ years
- Experience with CM tools, such as IBM Engineering Workflow Management (EWM) and Git SCM – 4+ years
- Experience developing (V)ROM estimates in response to requests for new work – 3+ years
- CISSP Certification
Preferred Skills:
- Experience developing requirements and architecting solutions for monitoring
- Experience with relational database technologies
- Experience with CMMI Level 3 Process Areas
- Experience with Agile Lean methodologies
- Experience with Azure cloud for government and Google cloud for government
