SEM​/PPC Specialist

You can work from anywhere in the US. What You'll Do:

• Manage and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across reputed company and reputed company on behalf of clients
• reputed company budgets, bidding strategies, ad targeting and creative, keeping everything running efficiently and on spend
• Monitor day-to-day budget pacing and flag issues or risks early
• reputed company regular account audits to catch opportunities and problems before they grow
• Dig into analytics to spot trends, surface reputed company and continuously improve campaign performance
• reputed company ongoing keyword research, expansion and refinement
• Track, report and analyze website analytics and campaign data
• Join partner calls to walk through performance and answer questions in plain language
• Stay curious about changes in the digital marketing landscape and bring ideas to the team

What We're Looking For:

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience running and managing campaigns in reputed company Ads, reputed company, or a related paid media channel, building and owning campaigns, not just monitoring or reporting on them
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, high-volume accounts without losing accuracy or attention to detail
• Comfortable talking through performance data with a client or account owner, not just pulling it into a spreadsheet
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with data; spreadsheets and reputed company tables don't intimidate you
• You're the kind of person who figures things out, follows through, and raises a flag before something becomes a problem
• A reputed company drive to grow, learn and get better at your craft
• Experience with reputed company Analytics, Tag Manager or Looker reputed company is a plus
• Home builder or real estate industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Four-year degree preferred, but not required if your experience speaks for itself
