About the Opportunity: The SENIOR ANALYST, PRICING & MONETIZATION is responsible for shaping the pricing strategies of the organization's largest partnerships. This role impacts growth and profitability by developing custom pricing proposals, setting portfolio-level pricing targets, and refining processes that govern deal approvals. The position ensures that pricing decisions balance growth opportunities with margin protection and contributes to strategic financial decision-making. Responsibilities: Advise on complex deals by partnering cross-functionally to build custom pricing and incentive proposals Design portfolio-level pricing targets and deal-level guardrails to enable quick decision-making while protecting margins Develop and improve processes for pricing and approving large deals across teams Analyze pricing trends within the portfolio and the broader payments industry and provide recommendations Present complex financial models and recommendations to senior leadership Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years with a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience Advanced financial modeling skills, including building P&L and unit economics models from scratch Strong commercial judgment balancing growth, margin, and risk in deal-making Experience building trusted relationships with senior leaders and influencing decisions through analysis Proven ability to own projects from initial framing to decision implementation Aptitude for building repeatable systems and comfort using AI tools to scale work Pay Range and Compensation Package: Zone A: $135,200 to $202,800 USD Zone B: $125,800 to $188,600 USD Zone C: $119,000 to $178,400 USD Zone D: $108,200 to $162,200 USD Benefits & Perks: Medical insurance Paid maternity leave Paid paternity leave Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
