About the Opportunity: The SENIOR APPLICATION PROGRAMMER role is focused on delivering customized technical solutions to clients by analyzing needs, developing programming and integrations, and ensuring effective implementation. This position plays a key role in enhancing client satisfaction by providing innovative, scalable solutions and mentoring team members, contributing to the overall success of the professional services team. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and update local customizations under maintenance Communicate solutions to clients Prepare requirements and solutions for customers Consult with clients to recommend best practices and solutions Prepare statements of work Deliver programming, integration, and system update tasks Develop integrations and programs using C#, XML, .Net, SQL, REST API Lead collaboration with other developers on internal projects Provide training and consulting to customers as needed Implement and configure standard integrations with Unity (Boomi) platform Adhere to and deliver on specific scopes of work Mentor application programming team members Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field 8+ years of experience in higher education or accredited college/university environments Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects independently Excellent team-building and problem-solving skills in deadline-driven settings Innovative, creative, strategic, and analytical thinking skills Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; able to communicate technical information to non-technical users Experience with Jenzabar software Pay Range and Compensation Package: The pay range for this position is $66,000-$79,000 per year; base pay varies based on knowledge, location, skills, and experience Eligible for a significant incentive plan and a full range of benefits Benefits & Perks: Medical insurance Life insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Paid parental leave Paid holidays Short term disability Long term disability 401(k) retirement plan Educational assistance Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
