What You'll Do
Manage foreclosure trustee defense litigation from inception through completion Analyze cases and advise clients on litigation strategy Draft pleadings and defend against motions Handle discovery and related litigation proceedings Attend court hearings, both remotely and in person
What We're Looking For
J.D. from an accredited law school Active California Bar membership in good standing 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in litigation, real estate, or mortgage law Strong legal writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experience managing litigation matters and developing case strategy Additional advantage: Utah Bar admission is preferred but not required. Salary & Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $200,000.
