You will collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and front‑end engineers to deliver features that delight our users and drive business growth.
As a key member of the engineering squad, you will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of new features—from conceptualization and design to deployment and monitoring. - Feature Ownership: Own features from ideation through production, ensuring high quality, performance, and reliability.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously profile, benchmark, and optimize services to meet stringent latency and throughput targets.
- Infrastructure & DevOps: Collaborate with the platform team to deploy services on Kubernetes, manage CI/CD pipelines, and implement observability best practices.
- Security & Compliance: Apply secure coding practices, conduct threat modeling, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Mentorship & Collaboration: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate technical requirements into actionable plans and communicate progress to product and leadership teams.

- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and related services (load balancers, IAM, networking).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar) and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fully remote, distributed team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with OpenAPI/Swagger specifications and API gateway patterns.
- Knowledge of observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, and ELK stack.
