Senior Bookkeeper / Team Lead (Part-Time, Remote, Florida-Based)

What you’ll do Review work prepared by our bookkeeping team and keep quality consistent across client accounts Coach and train team members, answer their questions, and help them grow Manage our more complex client accounts, including retail and property management Handle reconciliations, month-end close, cleanup, and financial reporting in QuickBooks Online Help us refine our processes as the firm grows What you bring Hands-on experience in prior accounting roles Confidence working in QuickBooks Online (required) QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification (preferred) Experience with retail, inventory, or property management accounting (a plus) Solid understanding of accounting principles Strong organization and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including explaining financial information clearly to clients and team members Enjoyment in working with others, including coaching and training Willingness to learn and adapt. Every client is a little different, and so are our tools. The details Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1:00 to 6:00 PM Eastern Hours: Starting at 15 to 20 hours per week, with room to grow to 25 Pay: $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience, with a review at 90 days Location: Fully remote. You must live in Florida. Weekends and holidays off Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
