About the Opportunity: The SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST role is designed to support the organization by evaluating factors affecting business outcomes and driving strategic initiatives. This position contributes by analyzing complex data, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and providing expert guidance to enhance operational performance. The role is critical in aligning business needs with organizational goals through advanced technical analysis and reporting. Responsibilities: Assess business profitability, growth, and efficiency factors. Evaluate current practices and collect industry trends. Create specifications to support business initiatives. Develop and implement process improvements. Participate in special analytical projects and advanced reporting. Provide expert operational support and handle escalated issues. Guide lower-level analysts and manage workflow. Develop modifications and enhancements to processes. Serve as an analytics resource for the organization or business units. Determine business needs through technical analysis and reporting. Develop strategies to achieve organizational and departmental goals. Produce reports on data analysis, industry trends, and process capabilities. Identify patterns, problems, and opportunities for improvement. Source, compile, and interpret data. Perform advanced data analysis and communicate findings effectively. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related field plus six years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree plus four years of relevant experience. Minimum of three years banking experience. Experience with database management. Proficiency with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization. Experience with SAS, R, and Python for data mining and programming. Familiarity with ETL processes and SAS or SQL for data extraction and transformation within relational databases. Pay Range and Compensation Package: The base pay for this position generally ranges from $136,861 to $154,582 per year, with actual starting pay based on skills, experience, location, and other lawful factors. Total compensation may include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and other awards as outlined in the employment offer.
