Senior Business Development Manager - ID Verification
Hiring: Senior Business Development Manager, Partnerships (Remote, North America) I’m working with a well-established global player in identity verification and compliance (KYC, KYB, AML). They’re hiring a senior partnerships hunter to find, sign and launch new reseller partners around the world. This is a net-new role. A separate team looks after existing partners. Your job is to find the platforms whose customers need identity verification, like orchestration, risk decisioning and onboarding providers, and persuade them to embed and resell this product instead of a competitor’s. You run the whole cycle: sourcing, qualifying, pitching to executives, negotiating the reseller agreement with Legal, and then getting the partner integrated and to first revenue as quickly as possible. You stay involved after launch too, so the partnership actually grows. You’ll be based in North America (US preferred) but the remit is global. You’ll follow the regulation changes and demand wherever new opportunities appear. You’ll carry a partner-acquisition target and be measured on how many good partners you sign and launch. What they’re looking for 10+ years in channel/partner sales, BD or alliances, ideally in fintech, SaaS or identity/fraud/compliance A real track record of signing and launching new partners against a target, across more than one international market Experience negotiating commercial or reseller agreements, and being comfortable with API-driven products and technical onboarding Genuine day-to-day use of AI tools for research, prospecting and pipeline work. They mean this, it isn’t a box-ticking line Bonus points for direct KYC/KYB/AML or fraud experience, knowing how orchestration platforms embed third-party verification, a network across fintech, banking or digital commerce, or having built a partner programme from an early stage.
