W2 Contract : Senior Business Systems Analyst Location: Indianapolis, IN Work Arrangement: Onsite; remote work permitted upon request Duration: Long-term Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week Interview: 2 rounds – Teams and in-person Eligibility: Local Central Indiana candidates only Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise-level technology initiatives and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis, stakeholder management, communication, and requirements documentation skills. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders. Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements-gathering activities. Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories. Collaborate with product owners, IT teams, data practitioners, project managers, and QA teams. Identify process improvement opportunities and resolve conflicting priorities. Support system interoperability, digital transformation, change management, and governance initiatives. Communicate project progress, risks, expectations, and trade-offs effectively. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, or in a similar technology role. 5+ years of business analysis and problem-solving experience. 5+ years of stakeholder relationship management experience. 5+ years of experience creating and documenting business requirements and user stories. Strong written, verbal, and technical communication skills. 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience with Azure DevOps. Salesforce platform experience, including business processes and requirements documentation. Experience collaborating with business and technical stakeholders in a Salesforce environment. Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification.
