The role We're looking for an experienced Senior Relationship Manager / Relationship Director to own and grow strategic client relationships across North America. You'll be the voice of the client within PZG, getting to know their business inside out, understanding what they need now and spotting what they might need next. You'll bring together the right expertise from across our agencies to deliver smart, integrated solutions and outstanding work. You'll Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, people challenges and ambitions Lead client conversations, presentations and workshops Identify opportunities to grow relationships across PZG's full offering Turn complex business and people challenges into clear, actionable briefs Bring together multidisciplinary teams across strategy, creative, digital and reward Own scopes, timelines, budgets and the financial health of your accounts Help grow PZG's network and profile across North America What you'll bring Strong client relationship and account management experience, ideally within an agency or consultancy Confidence working with multiple senior stakeholders Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects, budgets and timelines Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation and negotiation skills A strategic mindset and strong business acumen, with the curiosity to look beyond the immediate brief Confidence working remotely and bringing distributed teams together Experience in employer brand, culture, communications, digital, reward, HR or employee experience would be a real advantage This is a remote US role. We have a growing client base across North America and occasional travel to client sites will be needed. This role will be working closely with a Project Manager based in North Carolina and will have the support of senior colleagues across PZG (based in UK). You'll enjoy plenty of autonomy to build relationships, open opportunities and help shape our growth in North America.
