Senior Consultant

What You'll Do
Lead business change and transformation workstreams from discovery through implementation and adoption. Partner with clients to align people, processes, technology, and business objectives. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder conversations to identify opportunities and drive action. Develop change, communication, engagement, and adoption strategies. Use data, insights, and AI-enabled tools to enhance decision-making and delivery outcomes. Build client capability and support sustainable change. Contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and business development activities. Collaborate with project teams to evolve consulting approaches and innovation initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Strong proven experience in consulting, transformation, organisational change, or a related field. Proven ability to deliver complex change initiatives and influence senior stakeholders. Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and communication skills. Commercial awareness and an understanding of how change delivers business value. Experience working across the change lifecycle, from strategy through implementation. Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within project teams. Experience leveraging digital and AI-enabled tools is highly desirable. About the Opportunity This is an Associate Senior Consultant (Independent Contractor) opportunity supporting a growing US consulting practice. Associates partner on a project-by-project basis to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. The role is remote, with regular visits to the San Francisco Bay Area and occasional travel as engagement requirements dictate. Flexibility to collaborate across global time zones will be required from time to time.
