Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer contract terms and conditions for brighthush’s logistics solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Collect and document contracting inputs from cross‑functional stakeholders—including Sales, Product Marketing, Finance, and Legal—to ensure all requirements are captured accurately.
  • Analyze customer redlines, reconcile differences with brighthush’s preferred legal language, and recommend risk‑mitigation strategies for non‑standard terms.
  • Coordinate stakeholder reviews and approvals, escalating unresolved issues to the Manager of Customer Contract Administration.
  • Initiate post‑execution activities such as sending pricing load directions to pricing services and ensuring all contractual obligations are tracked.
  • Support sales teams in developing custom contract language for unique customer scenarios.
  • Maintain and enhance contract‑related dashboards and reporting tools to provide real‑time insights to senior leadership.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract templates, clause libraries, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.
  • Track, compile, and analyze data on contracting trends, approval bottlenecks, redline frequency, and turnaround times to identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Assist in onboarding and training internal stakeholders on contracting processes, CLM systems, and best practices.
  • Create and maintain job aids, process documentation, and training materials to support knowledge transfer.
  • Communicate business‑related issues or opportunities to the next level of management, ensuring alignment across the organization.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in contract analysis, legal support, or a paralegal role within a regulated industry.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Strong presentation skills and the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated industries.
  • Background in contract negotiation and risk assessment for large‑scale logistics or supply‑chain solutions.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, FDA, or ISO standards.
  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives and driving operational efficiencies.
  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools.

Skills & Competencies

  • Contractual Expertise: Deep understanding of contract terminology, legal language, and risk mitigation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to build strong relationships with cross‑functional teams and influence decision‑making.
  • Process Improvement: Track record of identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions that streamline workflows.
