They are seeking a Senior Associate, Non-Equity Partner or Counsel with no book required and are open to this candidate sitting fully REMOTE. Highlights include: 80% of their business is coming from national corporations Top echelon of work-life quality and balance 1700 billable requirement (1600 at Partner level) Just brought in associates from top AmLaw firms in the past 6 months Compensation in the upper 4/5's with 6-figure annual bonuses What they are looking for: Someone with mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and general corporate governance experience who can come in and hit the ground running.
