Why This Role Matters

In a SaaS ecosystem, the Customer Success function is the engine that keeps revenue flowing and customers thriving. The Senior Customer Success Administrator sits at the intersection of data, process, and people. By mastering our CRM systems, turning raw data into strategic insights, and streamlining workflows, you will directly influence renewal rates, customer satisfaction, and the overall health of our product ecosystem. Your work will help us maintain a high net promoter score, reduce churn, and unlock upsell opportunities—all while ensuring our clients feel heard, supported, and empowered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Renewal Management: Own the end‑to‑end renewal process for a portfolio of mid‑ to large‑enterprise accounts. Track renewal dates, forecast revenue, and collaborate with Account Executives to secure commitments. Build renewal playbooks that standardize outreach, negotiation, and contract signing.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in customer success workflows, propose automation solutions, and implement best practices that reduce manual effort and increase accuracy. Champion a culture of continuous improvement by conducting regular process audits and presenting findings to leadership.
  • Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Coordinate logistics, data collection, and presentation materials for QBRs. Work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure each review delivers actionable insights, highlights ROI, and surfaces opportunities for expansion.
  • CRM Stewardship: Maintain data integrity in Salesforce and HubSpot. Create dashboards, generate reports, and provide actionable analytics to leadership. Lead data cleansing initiatives, enforce naming conventions, and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Support teams to align messaging, feature adoption, and feedback loops. Translate customer pain points into product enhancements and marketing campaigns.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, escalating issues, and ensuring timely resolution while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Champion the customer voice in internal forums and strategy sessions.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on industry trends, new CRM features, and emerging best practices in customer success. Share knowledge through internal workshops, lunch‑and‑learn sessions, and external conferences.

Essential Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in customer success, operations, or administrative roles within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce and HubSpot. Experience with data migration, integration, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset: ability to interpret data, generate insights, and translate findings into actionable process improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote setting.
  • High level of attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with customer success metrics such as NPS, CSAT, and churn rate analysis.
  • Background in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Knowledge of the energy or utilities sector, including regulatory frameworks and market dynamics.
  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives or working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Certifications in Salesforce Administration or HubSpot Marketing/Service Hub.

Skills & Competencies

  • CRM Mastery: Deep understanding of Salesforce and HubSpot architecture, data models, and automation capabilities.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to build complex reports, dashboards, and predictive models.
  • Process Thinking: Systematic approach to identifying inefficiencies and designing scalable solutions.
  • Communication: Clear, concise, and persuasive communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, product, and support teams.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
  • Customer‑Centric Mindset: Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and building long‑term relationships.
