Our mission is simple yet ambitious: transform an unmonitored attack surface into a governed, auditable environment that gives CISOs confidence and executives clarity. To achieve this, we are building a world‑class Customer Success organization that leverages data, automation, and AI to deliver proactive, measurable outcomes for our customers.
About the Team
The Customer Success Operations team is the backbone of our data strategy. As a foundational role, you will own the reporting and automation layer that transforms raw data into actionable insights, automated workflows, and AI‑driven dashboards. You will collaborate with Business Systems, Product Engineering, and Customer Success leaders to modernize how we structure, access, and act on customer data.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the reporting and automation layer for Customer Success. Translate stakeholder needs for account health, QBR/EBR decks, and executive dashboards into field‑level requirements, then build the reporting and automation on top of the Customer Success data mart.
- Default to AI‑first workflows. Shape the roadmap for deterministic (data plumbing) and non‑deterministic (LLM‑driven) automation that surfaces customer insights, health checks, and recurring reports, replacing manual, ad‑hoc work wherever possible.
- Automate recurring Customer Success workflows beyond reporting. This includes renewal/adoption tracking, repetitive support tasks like ticket triage and diagnostics, and cross‑platform automation that connects support tools (e.g., brighthush) with systems like brighthush, Slack, and the data warehouse to cut down manual handoffs.
- Help define a secure, auditable data access model. Partner with Business Systems and Security to design and implement data access policies that protect customer‑tenant data while enabling efficient workflow automation.
- Maintain data quality and documentation. Monitor data sources for gaps, inconsistencies, or governance issues, and drive remediation in collaboration with data owners.
- Partner across Business Systems, Product/Engineering, and Customer Success. Shape how data flows into the reports and tools people use every day, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and customer success strategies.
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience building data pipelines, dashboards, and automation on modern data platforms.
- Hands‑on expertise with Python or another scripting language for data transformation and workflow automation.
- Strong communication skills – able to translate ambiguous business reporting needs into concrete data requirements.
- Experience with data access governance and security best practices, especially around customer‑tenant data.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, partnering directly with engineering and data teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with brighthush or comparable modern data platforms, including querying, data modeling on governed marts, and metric/semantic views.
- Familiarity with customer success platforms (e.g., brighthush, brighthush, brighthush) and CRM systems.
- Experience designing or implementing automation for technical support workflows and cross‑platform integrations (e.g., ticket triage, diagnostics, connecting support tools to brighthush, Slack, or data platforms).
- Background in cybersecurity, SaaS security, or a technical B2B SaaS environment.
