Key Responsibilities

• Data Interpretation & Entry: Scrutinize cannabis‑related product information from a variety of sources—including brand catalogs, retailer feeds, and regulatory databases—and enter it into our system with flawless accuracy.
• Source Consolidation: Merge and reconcile data from multiple channels to create a single source of truth, ensuring consistency across the platform.
• Quality Assurance & Validation: Conduct rigorous checks for inconsistencies, duplicate entries, and compliance gaps; document findings and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and propose workflow enhancements that reduce error rates and increase throughput.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, compliance, and customer support teams to answer queries, clarify data requirements, and eliminate bottlenecks.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
