Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Team Lead to oversee end-to-end data operations for global clinical trials. The role involves managing data quality, ensuring compliance, and leading cross-functional teams while acting as the primary client contact for data management deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Lead data management activities from trial setup to database lock for complex global studies Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding all data management communications and deliverables Oversee SAE, PK, external data reconciliation, and database deployment Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations Mentor junior staff and promote process improvements and compliance Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health, clinical, biological, or mathematical fields At least 7 years of direct clinical data management experience Over 5 years in a Lead Clinical Data Management role Proven success managing large-scale global studies with 1,000+ patients Proficiency with Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm, or similar EDC systems Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical research processes Excellent communication and leadership abilities
