Range: Up to $75/hr W2 Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: The client is seeking 1-2 highly hands-on Senior Designers with luxury and beauty campaign expertise to own rapid revisions across four existing campaign concepts under tight, deadline-driven conditions. Job Summary •Execute sophisticated campaign board revisions across four existing concepts based on client feedback, elevating and refining work to a polished, presentation-ready state •Interpret creative feedback independently and apply revisions with minimal direction, maintaining the elevated luxury aesthetic of the brand •Work directly within the client's Figma environment using provided edit access to deliver revisions efficiently •Collaborate closely with the internal creative team throughout the revision cycle, including availability across the weekend •Deliver finalized campaign boards by Tuesday EOD for client presentation, supporting Wednesday finalization and Thursday entry into legal and regulatory review •Operate fluidly with shifting priorities, ambiguous timelines, and fast-paced agency expectations without sacrificing quality Minimum Requirements: •Demonstrated experience in luxury, beauty, fashion, or premium skincare campaigns, non-negotiable •Portfolio showcasing an elevated, refined, and sophisticated luxury aesthetic consistent with prestige beauty or high-end fashion •Strong campaign concept revision experience with the ability to interpret and execute feedback quickly and autonomously •Proficiency in Figma, as all campaign work is executed within the client's Figma environment •Immediate availability beginning Friday 10/23 through Wednesday 10/29, including weekend work Preferred Qualifications: •Experience working on FDA-regulated beauty, aesthetics, or pharmaceutical campaigns with an understanding of creative limitations, claims, and approval processes •Background in medical aesthetics or prestige skincare campaign work •Prior agency freelance experience operating under compressed timelines and aggressive revision cycles •Design Director-level background with continued hands-on execution capability
