About Savance Savance is a fast-paced and collaborative technology company where initiative, continuous learning, and accountability are highly valued. We work best with people who are independent, self-motivated, technically curious, and comfortable solving complex problems. Our team values individuals who are confident enough to take ownership while remaining collaborative and open to learning. • Support and improve deployment strategies, including techniques such as Blue-Green Deployment.
  • Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, including planning, requirements, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies and tools that improve automation, repeatability, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Support security and compliance initiatives related to SOC 2, ISO, and HIPAA.
  • Assist with certification and audit readiness, documentation, controls, and remediation activities.
  • Manage technical aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding while maintaining security and compliance requirements using tools such as Sprinto.
