In an era where buildings are evolving into the most intricate, data‑rich ecosystems on the planet, brighthush is leading the charge. We have engineered the only platform that fuses physical assets, real‑time telemetry, and human insight into a single, living digital foundation. By marrying cutting‑edge Artificial Intelligence with the most advanced Internet of Things (IoT) sensors, we empower facility owners and operators to transition from reactive, siloed workflows to proactive, data‑driven decision making. The outcome? Smarter operations, measurable financial gains, and a sustainable competitive advantage in an industry that is evolving at lightning speed.

Our proprietary Operational AI platform is already redefining how global asset managers monitor, maintain, and optimize their portfolios. From high‑rise office towers to sprawling data centers, our customers experience unprecedented levels of efficiency, reliability, and sustainability. As we enter a pivotal growth phase, we are scaling commercial momentum, tightening operating rigor, and laying the groundwork for long‑term category leadership. Our mission is simple: deliver the most advanced Digital Twin platform to the world’s most demanding facilities, and do so with speed, precision, and an unwavering commitment to customer success.

Why This Role Matters

As the world’s buildings become more complex, the demand for intelligent, real‑time insights grows exponentially. The Senior Digital Twin & BIM Coordinator is the linchpin that turns complex, cross‑functional projects into seamless, high‑quality deployments. Your work will directly influence how thousands of facilities operate, how energy is consumed, and how occupants experience their spaces. By bridging the gap between engineering, product, and support, you will help shape the future of brighthush’s platform and drive tangible value for our customers.

Your Impact

  • Transform raw building data into actionable, AI‑enhanced insights.
  • Ensure every Digital Twin is accurate, reliable, and ready for production.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver on schedule and exceed customer expectations.
  • Feed real‑world feedback into product roadmaps, influencing the next generation of features.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data‑driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Twin Creation & Validation: Build, configure, and validate Digital Twins for clients by working on live deployment projects. Ensure that every asset is accurately represented, fully functional, and ready for operational use.
  • Systems Knowledge Application: Leverage deep understanding of HVAC, BMS, electrical, and mechanical systems to process, validate, and enrich data streams. Translate complex system behavior into clear, actionable insights.
  • 3D Model Integration: Work with Revit, Navisworks, Archicad, and other BIM tools to interpret building layouts, extract critical data, and support precise Digital Twin construction.
  • Data Analysis & Quality Assurance: Use Excel, SQL, Python, or similar tools to analyze large datasets, identify anomalies, and guarantee data integrity. Document findings and recommend corrective actions.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and support teams to set up system integrations, troubleshoot issues, and deliver on schedule. Act as the single point of contact for project status.
  • AI‑Driven Process Improvement: Employ AI tools such as Claude, GPT‑4, or custom models to accelerate data processing, documentation, and problem‑solving. Stay open to new technologies and continuously iterate on workflows.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide daily updates to the Team Leader on progress, risks, blockers, and milestones. Ensure transparent and proactive project management.
  • Product Feedback Loop: Engage with brighthush’s Product and Engineering teams to surface customer pain points, propose enhancements, and influence the product roadmap.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, best‑practice guides, and knowledge‑base articles to empower both internal teams and customers.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP or building services engineering, building automation services, or project/program coordination—preferably within a SaaS or technology‑enabled services environment.
  • Strong background in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing engineering with a focus on control and monitoring systems.
  • Comprehensive understanding of building technology ecosystems: HVAC controls, BMS, lighting controls, energy metering, IT/OT/IoT devices, and access control/security solutions.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling/BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, Archicad) and the ability to author or review models for accuracy.
  • Comfortable using or learning AI tools (e.g., Claude, GPT‑4) to enhance productivity and deliver smarter solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills—capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large, disparate datasets and derive actionable insights.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, flexible, and highly motivated attitude—ready to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a SaaS company or a technology‑enabled services business, where rapid iteration and customer feedback loops are integral.
  • Hands‑on experience with AI‑driven data processing or documentation tools.
  • Background in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Kanban) and familiarity with project tracking tools (Jira, Asana, Trello).
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices in the context of building automation.
  • Previous exposure to customer‑facing roles, such as technical support, pre‑sales, or implementation consulting.

Skills & Competencies

  • Technical Proficiency: BIM authoring and review, data validation, system integration, and AI tool utilization.
  • Project Management: Planning, scheduling, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
  • Analytical Thinking: Data interpretation, problem identification, and solution design.
  • Collaboration: Cross‑functional teamwork, influence without authority, and relationship building.
  • Adaptability: Ability to learn new tools, processes, and technologies quickly.
