Key Responsibilities

Digital Twin Creation & Validation

Build, configure, and validate Digital Twins for clients by working on live deployment projects. Ensure that every asset is accurately represented, fully functional, and ready for operational use. This includes:

• Extracting and normalizing data from HVAC, BMS, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Mapping sensor data to 3D models and verifying spatial accuracy.
• Running simulation scenarios to validate system behavior under various conditions.
• Documenting validation results and troubleshooting discrepancies.

Systems Knowledge Application

Leverage deep understanding of HVAC, BMS, electrical, and mechanical systems to process, validate, and enrich data streams. Translate complex system behavior into clear, actionable insights that can be used by operations teams.

3D Model Integration

Work with Revit, Navisworks, Archicad, and other BIM tools to interpret building layouts, extract critical data, and support precise Digital Twin construction. Responsibilities include:

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP or building services engineering, building automation services, or project/program coordination—preferably within a SaaS or technology‑enabled services environment.

• Comprehensive understanding of building technology ecosystems: HVAC controls, BMS, lighting controls, energy metering, IT/OT/IoT devices, and access control/security solutions.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling/BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, Archicad) and the ability to author or review models for accuracy.
