Role Description The Senior Director, Advisory Services is a full-time remote role responsible for leading and expanding AridBeep’s advisory and consultancy offerings across IT, finance, and business operations. This role oversees client engagements from initial assessment through delivery, providing strategic guidance on connectivity solutions, IT infrastructure, and related financial and operational considerations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing advisory projects, guiding due diligence efforts, reviewing financial and accounting data, and translating complex analyses into clear recommendations for clients. The Senior Director will collaborate with internal technical, creative, and operational teams to design integrated solutions, develop best practices for advisory services, and ensure high-quality service delivery. The role also includes mentoring advisory staff, contributing to service innovation, and building long-term client relationships that support AridBeep’s growth and mission of accessible, effective technology solutions.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to evaluate business models, financial performance, and operational risk, and to synthesize insights into actionable strategies. Proficiency in finance and accounting to interpret financial statements, support budgeting and forecasting, and inform advisory recommendations. Proven consulting experience, including managing client engagements, leading due diligence activities, and delivering structured advisory reports and presentations. Experience working with or advising technology, IT services, or connectivity-focused organizations is highly beneficial. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex issues to diverse audiences. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team management, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, IT management, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, MBA) is an asset. Comfort working independently in a remote setting, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ethical, client-centered advisory practices.
