Senior Director Channel Strategy

Role Description The Senior Director Channel Strategy is a full-time remote role responsible for developing and executing the overall channel strategy to grow SAN Promax Professionals’ market presence and revenue. This role oversees partner and channel relationships, designs go-to-market plans, and optimizes sales operations across key segments and platforms. Daily tasks include analyzing channel performance data, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align strategies and targets. The Senior Director will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, refine processes for customer acquisition and retention, and ensure that customer service standards are met across all channels. This role also involves creating structured business development plans and reporting regularly on channel performance, risks, and growth initiatives to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Sales and Business Development to drive growth across existing and new channels. Experience in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, performance analysis, and process optimization. Demonstrated ability in Customer Service, with a focus on building trusted relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Proven Team Management skills, including leading remote and cross-functional teams toward shared goals. Extensive experience in channel strategy, partner management, and multi-channel go-to-market planning. Ability to use data and analytics tools to inform decisions, forecast performance, and measure ROI. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder management and presentation abilities. Background in financial services, consulting, or professional education is a plus, especially within tax, accounting, or certification training environments. Comfort working in a remote environment, with high levels of self-management, accountability, and collaboration.
