Role Description The Senior Director, Global Treasury is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing the company’s global cash and liquidity management, treasury operations, and financial risk strategies. This role leads the development and implementation of treasury policies, cash flow forecasting frameworks, and banking relationships to ensure adequate liquidity and capital efficiency across regions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing cash positioning, monitoring global cash flows, analyzing treasury data, and optimizing working capital. The Senior Director will collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, and executive leadership to inform strategic decisions, support growth initiatives, and ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations. This role also entails developing reporting dashboards, mentoring team members, and driving process improvements through technology and automation.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Treasury Management and Cash Management for global operations. Strong Analytical Skills with a solid foundation in Finance and financial modeling. Proficiency in Cash Flow Forecasting, liquidity planning, and scenario analysis. Experience building and maintaining banking relationships and managing treasury systems or technology platforms. Knowledge of financial risk management, foreign exchange, and interest rate exposure is highly beneficial. Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional or distributed teams. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information to senior stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CTP, CFA) is a plus. Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
