Senior Director of Marketing

Role Description The Senior Director of Marketing is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading marketing strategy and execution to support the growth and visibility of our early intervention therapy services. This position oversees the development of comprehensive marketing plans, brand positioning, and messaging that reflect our family-centered model of care. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing market research initiatives, analyzing trends, segmenting audiences, and identifying opportunities to reach families, referral sources, and community partners. The Senior Director of Marketing will guide digital and traditional campaigns, collaborate with leadership and clinical teams on service promotion, and coordinate with sales to align marketing efforts with referral and enrollment goals. This role also includes setting performance metrics, managing budgets, supervising marketing staff or external vendors, and ensuring all communications are consistent, compliant, and inclusive.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Marketing Management and Marketing, with a track record of developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives. Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to assess opportunities, audience needs, and competitive positioning. Experience collaborating with Sales teams to support lead generation, referrals, and enrollment growth. Proven ability to lead marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including content development and brand management. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams or external agencies, including project and budget oversight. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. Experience in healthcare, pediatrics, or therapy services is highly beneficial, along with a commitment to family-centered, inclusive care.
