Role Description The Senior Director of Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational performance across the firm and its portfolio-related activities. This role includes designing and optimizing operational processes, establishing metrics, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The Senior Director of Operations will lead and develop cross-functional teams, coordinate with investment and finance leaders, and support portfolio companies in implementing best-in-class operational practices. Daily responsibilities involve monitoring budgets, resource allocation, and service standards, resolving operational issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role also entails collaborating with senior leadership on strategic planning, risk management, and operational readiness for new investments and growth projects.
Qualifications
Strong Operations Management experience, including process optimization and performance measurement. Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting data, assessing operational risks, and supporting decision-making. Proven Team Management capabilities, including coaching, delegation, and cross-functional collaboration. Demonstrated expertise in Budgeting, financial oversight, and cost control within complex organizations. Commitment to high-quality Customer Service and stakeholder relationship management. Experience in private equity, financial services, or a related investment environment is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a remote, international setting. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and comfort with fast-paced, evolving priorities.
