Role Description The Senior Director of Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational performance across the firm. This position manages daily operational processes, ensures efficient workflow, and drives continuous improvement in service delivery and internal controls. The role includes leading and mentoring operations teams, optimizing resource allocation, and collaborating with senior leadership on strategic planning and execution. The Senior Director will monitor key performance indicators, manage operational budgets, and ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. The role also involves enhancing client-facing operations to support a high standard of customer service and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization, policy implementation, and performance monitoring. Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making, risk assessment, and reporting on operational KPIs. Candidates should possess effective Team Management abilities, including leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates should possess solid Budgeting capabilities for planning, cost control, and resource allocation. Candidates should possess a commitment to high-quality Customer Service, with a focus on client satisfaction and operational responsiveness. Experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related industry is highly beneficial. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, MBA) is an advantage. Demonstrated experience in a senior operations leadership role, preferably in a global or multi-location environment.
