Role Description The Senior Director of Product Strategy is a full-time remote role responsible for defining and leading the product vision and roadmap for 5C’s AI infrastructure offerings. This role involves developing and refining product strategies, conducting market and competitive analysis, and aligning product direction with business goals and customer needs. The Senior Director will collaborate closely with product management, engineering, sales, and operations to translate strategy into actionable plans, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful product execution. Day-to-day activities include analyzing market trends, engaging with key customers and partners, building business cases, setting success metrics, and communicating product direction to internal and external stakeholders. The role also includes mentoring product leaders, improving product-development processes, and championing data-informed decision-making across the organization.
Qualifications
Strong Product Strategy and Product Management skills, with experience leading complex, multi-product portfolios. Excellent Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to evaluate opportunities, segment customers, and interpret industry trends. Proven Strategic Planning experience, including building product roadmaps, defining KPIs, and aligning cross-functional teams. Background in AI, cloud, data centers, or digital infrastructure is highly beneficial. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with executive leadership and influence decisions without direct authority. Track record of working in fast-paced, high-growth environments and managing ambiguity effectively. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including presenting complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
