About the Opportunity: The SENIOR ENERGY MARKETS PROGRAM MANAGER role focuses on managing power interconnection and energy supply projects critical to data center operations. This position drives strategic energy initiatives, evaluates market conditions, and leads stakeholder relationships to optimize energy sourcing, cost efficiency, and sustainability targets. The role is pivotal in supporting infrastructure growth and competitive positioning within the U.S. Central Region. Responsibilities: Manage data center interconnection and energy supply contracts with utilities and suppliers. Analyze energy market trends, policies, and regulations to identify cost-saving and sustainability opportunities. Develop and execute regulatory engagement strategies with utilities and authorities. Collaborate with external vendors and consultants on market research. Create and support internal business cases with financial modeling and market insights. Build and maintain relationships with utilities, regulatory agencies, customers, and energy technology partners. Requirements: Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's degree with 4+ years; or equivalent experience. Ability to meet security screening requirements including background checks and citizenship verification.
