Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager – Precision Agriculture Solutions, Adoption & ROI Champion for Large‑Scale Farm Networks at brighthush
About brighthush and the Future of Precision Agriculture
At brighthush, we are redefining the way farms and agribusinesses harness data. Our mission is simple yet powerful: transform raw environmental and operational data into actionable insights that drive healthier livestock, higher yields, and sustainable practices. By weaving together rugged gateways, wireless sensors, and intuitive mobile and web applications, we give growers real‑time visibility into the variables that matter most—temperature, humidity, water, power, and feed. With a footprint that spans more than 7,000 growers and 10,000 sites across North America, brighthush powers the data backbone for thousands of active sensors in the field, enabling producers to make informed decisions faster than ever before.
Founded by producers who understand the cost of unreliable alarms and the need for dependable tools, brighthush builds solutions that are practical, easy to use, and designed with the caretaker in mind. We serve individual growers, large enterprise integrators, and production systems that span entire networks of barns and bins. Our remote‑friendly culture, rooted in teamwork and trust, empowers every team member to make a tangible impact on the industry that feeds the world.

- Training & Enablement – Design, schedule, and deliver comprehensive training for operations staff—including service technicians, flock supervisors, feed mill managers, and production personnel—on hardware, the brighthush mobile app, and the web portal, both virtually and on‑site.
