Role Description The Senior Escrow Officer is responsible for managing and overseeing escrow files from opening through closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an exceptional client experience. In this full-time remote role, the individual will prepare and review closing documents, balance files, coordinate with notaries, lenders, real estate agents, and customers, and resolve title and escrow-related issues in a timely manner. Daily tasks include handling residential real estate transactions, maintaining detailed records, explaining closing processes to clients, and ensuring all funds are disbursed according to instructions and regulations. The Senior Escrow Officer will also help refine procedures, support junior team members, and uphold CLOSED Title’s standards for technology-enabled, high-quality closing services.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in escrow operations, including Escrow management and Closings. Experience with Residential Real Estate transactions and familiarity with related documents and regulations. Ability to coordinate and work effectively with Notary professionals and other closing participants. Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and partners. Proven attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation, file balancing, and fund disbursement. Knowledge of title and escrow regulations and best practices; prior senior or leadership-level escrow experience preferred. Comfort working in a technology-driven environment, including proficiency with digital closing platforms and standard office software. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple files, and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment. Relevant state escrow or title licensing (where required) and a track record of compliance with industry standards. $150118.16 - $200,000
