Senior Financial Analyst

Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a master's degree or professional certification is a plus. Required: Prior professional experience in healthcare finance. 3+ years of experience in finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or accounting. Must currently reside in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, or Massachusetts Required: Experience with or a strong working knowledge of value-based care reimbursement models and alternative payment methodologies (APMs), as well as traditional fee-for-service (FFS) structures. Strong understanding of healthcare financial performance, reimbursement structures, and financial and operational reporting. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and spreadsheet applications. Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and presentation skills. Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
