Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning and Analysis Develop and maintain financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support the company’s strategic objectives. Analyze financial performance, identify trends, evaluate variances, and provide actionable insights to support management decision-making. Budgeting and Cost Management Oversee the annual budgeting process and ongoing expense monitoring. Establish effective cost-control procedures, evaluate resource allocation, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency while maintaining financial discipline. Financial Reporting and Performance Monitoring Prepare and review periodic financial statements, management reports, cash flow forecasts, and performance analyses. Ensure that financial information is accurate, consistent, and delivered to management in a timely manner. Cash Flow and Financial Resource Management Monitor cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and financial commitments. Support effective capital allocation and financial resource planning to ensure the company maintains appropriate financial flexibility and operational stability. Financial Controls and Risk Management Establish and maintain internal financial controls, approval procedures, and reporting standards. Identify potential financial risks, assess their potential impact, and recommend appropriate measures to strengthen financial oversight and protect company resources. Strategic Financial Support Collaborate with senior leadership on business planning, investment evaluations, financial projections, and strategic initiatives. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support growth opportunities, operational improvements, and long-term business sustainability. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with operations, accounting, compliance, and other relevant departments to coordinate financial activities, improve reporting processes, and ensure alignment between financial objectives and business priorities. Process Improvement and Financial Governance Review existing financial procedures and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability. Support the development of standardized financial policies, documentation practices, and management reporting systems.
