Whether a user is in a stadium, an airplane, or a remote base, brighthush’s peer‑to‑peer sync engine keeps devices connected and data consistent—even when the internet is unavailable. Backed by more than $145 million in funding and trusted by marquee brands and mission‑critical organizations, brighthush powers experiences across aviation, retail, travel, hospitality, defense, and many other sectors. As a globally distributed, fast‑growing startup, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team that reflects the wide range of perspectives needed to solve the world’s hardest connectivity problems.
Why This Role Matters – And Why Now
brighthush has already secured high‑profile commercial accounts and critical defense contracts, but we are still at Day 1. The next phase of growth will expand across every distribution channel—B2C, B2B, and B2G. The Senior Go‑to‑Market Enablement & Partner Marketing Leader will be the architect of that expansion, designing the playbooks, assets, and partner programs that turn awareness into pipeline and pipeline into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Go‑to‑Market Enablement (Commercial & Public Sector)
- Build the enablement system: Create and maintain a living repository of standard pitch decks, product data sheets, battlecards, competitive positioning guides, and a message library that sellers can customize without drifting off brand.
- Launch kit production: For every product release, deliver a complete launch kit that includes a positioning one‑pager, FAQ, customer‑facing email, and a sales briefing deck.
- Field calendar support: Partner with Commercial and Public Sector teams to schedule and execute customer dinners, regional roadshows, webinars, speaking slots, and curated meetings—each tied to measurable pipeline impact.
- Account‑based plays: Design and execute named‑account landing pages, content sequences, and direct‑outreach support, collaborating with RevOps to analyze funnel data and iterate on tactics.
Customer Marketing & Proof
- Evidence engine: Produce compelling case studies, white papers, video features, and a dedicated customer showcase on the brighthush website.
- Reference program management: Own the end‑to‑end reference workflow, navigating approvals through customer legal, brighthush legal, and public affairs.
- Market expansion narratives: Translate existing proof points into use‑case libraries and forward‑looking stories that open doors in untapped verticals.
Partner Marketing
- Pipeline‑generating partner motions: Design and execute sell‑with, sell‑through, co‑sell, and OEM programs, complete with marketplace listings and partner kits for hardware, software, cloud, and G/SI partners.
- Joint campaigns: Work hand‑in‑hand with marketing counterparts at partner organizations to co‑create and launch campaigns that amplify reach and accelerate pipeline.
Essential Qualifications
- Demonstrated portfolio of enablement assets and customer stories you authored, with clear funnel metrics showing the impact of each piece.
- Exceptional writing ability combined with enough technical depth to explain a developer platform without a solutions engineer present.
- Hands‑on experience managing the full lifecycle of customer stories—including sourcing, interviewing, legal review, and final approvals.
- Track record of running events that produced tracked pipeline, not just attendance numbers.
- Proficiency in a CRM and a marketing automation platform, enabling you to read funnel data independently and recommend actionable changes.
- Comfort serving two distinct sales organizations with different buyer personas, sales cycles, and constraints, while maintaining impartiality.
- Grit in ambiguity: you thrive when you have to build processes from scratch and enjoy solving unstructured problems.
- Proactive curiosity about leveraging AI for automation, ideation, asset creation, or smarter decision‑making.
Preferred (Nice‑to‑Have) Qualifications
- Background in developer tools, data infrastructure, edge computing, IoT, or mobile platforms.
- Experience building an account‑based marketing program from the ground up.
- Proven ability to manage freelance writers, video producers, or event partners to meet tight deadlines.
- Marketing experience targeting defense or federal buyers, with familiarity of public‑affairs and operational‑security review cycles.
- Military or defense‑technology background of any kind.
- Experience transitioning a company from founder‑led selling to a repeatable GTM motion.
Skills & Competencies for Success
- Strategic thinking: Ability to see the big picture while executing detailed tactical plans.
- Data‑driven mindset: Comfortable interpreting CRM and marketing automation analytics to optimize campaigns.
- Cross‑functional collaboration: Proven experience partnering with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success.
- Storytelling: Craft narratives that resonate with technical and non‑technical audiences alike.
- Project management: Keep multiple moving parts on schedule, on budget, and on brand.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast‑changing startup environment where priorities shift quickly.
