Senior HR Technology Manager

Leading the development and maintenance of IT solutions for HR processes, the full-time Senior HR Technology Manager will manage Workday platform configurations, partner with HR leaders to align technology with business needs, and oversee project delivery in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Lead the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Workday modules including HCM, Talent Management, and Payroll Partner with HR leaders to translate business requirements into technology capabilities and prioritize solutions Direct Workday implementation projects, managing budgets, timelines, and organizational change management efforts Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related discipline 8+ years of experience in the HR IT field with a background in technology and human resources 5+ years of hands-on experience in configuring various Workday modules including Talent, Payroll, and Compensation 3+ years of experience in configuring and implementing Workday solutions such as Paradox and Adaptive Planning Strong program and project management skills, with experience leading diverse teams and influencing stakeholders Experience: 5 years required
